Executive Leadership

Sets strategy and turns the founder's vision into programmes, partnerships and measurable outcomes on the ground.

Programme Leads

Own the design and rollout of each focus area, translating field insight into interventions that scale.

Field Coordinators

Run drives, camps and school visits across districts — the last-mile hands that carry plans into villages.

Support Functions

Finance, communications, data and donor teams that keep the organisation accountable, funded and transparent.

Directs tree-plantation and lake-restoration drives — and the beach-cleaning work that made us the leading force in Asia.

Holds together CSR partnerships, compliance, logistics and fundraising so every programme has what it needs to grow.
